The study employs a library-based methodology, drawing on linguistic sources, exegetical works, ethical treatises, and jurisprudential texts, analyzed through a descriptive-analytical and ijtihadi interpretive approach. Centered on the ethical-legal principle of "Maʿāshirat bi’l-Maʿrūf," the paper evaluates the most significant and widely held views on the interpretation of the verse. Ultimately, the theory of gradual abrogation (naskh tadrījī) of the apparent meaning of the verse is found to be most consistent with this principle. The Quranic ethical framework emphasizes flexible, kindness-centered strategies and moves away from physical punishment or striking. Thus, the verse progressively guides from initial measures to final, non-violent resolutions, opposing any behavior that undermines women’s dignity. This approach seeks to gradually curb and abrogate the domestic violence prevalent during the revelation era, steering spousal interactions toward compassionate, abuse-free relationships. پژوهش حاضر‌‌، با هدف نقد و بررسی اهم دیدگاه‌های قرآن‌پژوهان در شبهه‌زدایی از ‌‌آیۀ «‌‌اضربوهنّ»، تحت لوای «اصل معاشرت به معروف» به سامان رسیده است. داده‌های علمی این اثر‌‌، به روش کتابخانه‌ای استخراج شده و با مراجعه به لغت‌نامه‌ها و کتب تفسیری‌‌، اخلاقی‌‌، فقهی با شیوهٔ تفسیر اجتهادی و به شکل توصیفی۔تحلیلی تبیین شده‌اند. در این پژوهش‌‌، با محوریت اصل اخلاقی۔حقوقی «معاشرت به معروف»‌‌، مهم‌ترین و مشهورترین دیدگاه‌های قرآن‌پژوهان در تفسیر ‌‌آیۀ «اضربوهنّ» بررسی شده و در نهایت‌‌، دیدگاه نسخ تدریجی ظاهر ‌‌آیۀ شریفه با اصل معاشت به معروف سازگارتر انگاشته شده است؛ زیرا تئوری <em>قرآن کریم</em> در عنایت به امر اخلاق‌محور معاشرت معروف‌ با زنان‌‌، ناظر بر راهکارهای انعطاف‌پذیر و فاصله گرفتن از تنبیه بدنی و زدن است. از این‌رو‌‌، زدن زن را از نخستین به آخرین شیوه هدایت کرده و با هر نوع رفتاری که به کرامت زنان آسیب وارد نماید، مقابله کرده‌‌ تا با مهار و نسخ تدریجی خشونت‌های خانگیِ رایج در عصر نزول وحی‌‌، فرهنگ تعاملات همسران را به سمت روابط محبّت‌آمیز و دور از سوء‌استفاده سوق دهد. https://ethics.riqh.ac.ir/article_13848_f66393b805ca1e931b055cb5dcc9a8ec.pdf
