In order to change the behavior of moral agents, in the science of ethics and psychology, methods have been stated, of which the introduction of a model is the most effective, because it strengthens his internal tendencies. Given that the effect of models is strong and weak, in this study, models with greater influence are examined. To achieve this answer, it must be clarified what kind of effect models have on the role models, based on which effective models on behavior can be identified.
This research was conducted using the method of content analysis of Quranic verses and educational and psychological books. Based on the findings of the research, the most important factor in the effectiveness of a model is that the role model values achieving the goal and that achieving it appears feasible and achievable in his opinion, and as a result, his motivation to perform that behavior increases. Accordingly, role models who are more similar in age, gender, and opportunities to the role model, those who have achieved greater success, and role models who have been able to achieve their goals by overcoming many problems and obstacles, have a high impact on the role model's tendencies and behavior.
