In contemporary times, due to the close relationship between Islamic jurisprudence and ethics, the manner in which these two disciplines influence each other has attracted the attention of scholars. In this research, by examining the effects of ethics on the inference of Jurisprudential rulings, we seek to introduce a new framework for the influence of ethical teachings on Jurisprudential inference, termed "ethics-oriented ijtihad." Ethics-oriented ijtihad is a framework in which Jurisprudential inference is not limited to human behavior but also considers internal qualities and characteristics. In this style of ijtihad, the goal of jurisprudence is to achieve human happiness, not merely to oblige or prohibit. Moreover, this ijtihad pays attention to neglected evidence. In this framework, the jurist must address the overall framework of rational ethics, the professional ethics of ijtihad, and the Ethics of jurisprudential beliefs, and be committed to their requirements. In the realm of jurisprudential topics, it introduces new subjects and deepens previous ones by considering anthropology. In the realm of inferential rulings, it pays full attention to ethical signs and rules that are compatible with jurisprudential frameworks. The application of ethics-oriented ijtihad leads to greater harmony between legal ðical rulings and results in morally defensible inferences.
