Despite fundamental transformations in various aspects of human life resulting from recent advancements in artificial intelligence, the vulnerability of society and individuals to the threats posed by this technology particularly its increasing autonomy and independence in decision-making has raised significant concerns about the ethical implications at both the design and interaction levels, leading to diverse stances in addressing them.
In this research, using a descriptive-analytical method with an emphasis on the level of "ethics by design" as one of the levels of the relationship between ethics and artificial intelligence which pertains to the stage of designing and implementing ethical theories in machines the ethical perspective of Allamah Misbah can be formulated under the theory of "reflective equilibrium" and at the level of "ethics by design" within the framework of the "integrative approach" among existing prevalent approaches.
The foundation of his ethical system, based on "divine proximity-oriented teleology," necessitates the use of "ethics by design" as an artificial tool to enhance human ethics and attain ultimate perfection, thereby formulating artificial intelligence ethics on the basis of "perfection-facilitating teleology."
