Scientific confrontation is one of the communication methods for expressing scientific beliefs. Today, considering the increasing growth of communication tools, studying this confrontation has become necessary; scientific confrontations are depicted in the Holy Quran under the verses of the divine prophets and play a significant role in the process of moral education. Based on Quranic data, there are a number of foundations in the moral teachings of scientific confrontation, some of which can be analyzed in the field of anthropological foundations. The aim of this research is to present some effective foundations in the field of scientific confrontation based on the ethics of the prophets in the Quran and to express some of their tangible effects during the confrontation; the method of this paper is a library based on inference from the Quran; the findings of this research indicate that the moral models of the prophets have always been based on anthropological foundations in their scientific confrontations. The most important anthropological foundations for scientific confrontation with others are: human dignity, naturalness, perfectionism, rationality, guidance, and rightism. These six foundations have brilliant effects in the individual, social, domestic, and international arenas, some of which are mentioned in this article.
